A 1/2 share is approximately 8-15 lbs, A whole share is 15-30 lbs. This includes mixed cuts and ground, wrapped and frozen. This is a reservation fee, and will be subtracted from the overall price of $11.5/lb. All-in cost is $100-140 for a half and $200-$300 for a whole depending on final share weight .
