Approximately 8-10 lbs mixed cuts and ground, wrapped and frozen. This is a reservation fee, and will be subtracted from the overall price of $6/lb + processing charge ($17.50). All-in cost is $65-80 depending on final share weight (approximately $8/lb).

The general breakdown of a lamb share is:
25% leg roasts, steaks & shank,
25% loin/flank chops & roasts,
10% rack/ribs/stew meat,
25% neck & shoulder roasts, and
15% ground lamb.
Please specify in the notes if you are interested in the organic meats (heart, liver, etc.)!
