Approximately 8-12 lbs mixed cuts and ground, wrapped and frozen. This is a reservation fee, and will be subtracted from the overall price of $8/lb + processing charge ($65). All-in cost is $100-140 depending on final share weight (approximately $11/lb).


We will also have mutton available this year (2 shares). Let us know in the notes if you're interested in mutton.

1/2 Lamb Share Reservation

  • The general breakdown of a lamb share is:

    25% leg roasts, steaks & shank, 

    25% loin/flank chops & roasts, 

    10% rack/ribs/stew meat, 

    25% neck & shoulder roasts, and 

    15% ground lamb.

    Please specify in the notes if you are interested in the organ meats (heart, liver, etc.)!
